Established in 2003 in residence at Svetlana's DanceAcademy, it was formed to provide professional training and performance opportunities for aspiring young dancers. The company is committed to providing advanced instruction in ballet as an art form, and is eager to enrich the cultural life of our community. We hope to create a heightened sense of excitement and reward for those who join us. 

MISSION STATEMENT

Inland Valley Classical Ballet Theatre (IVCBT) was founded out of a love for the art of ballet in 2003 and was established in residence at a community-based classical ballet school (Svetlana's DanceAcademy) where we draw upon and utilize local talent. Our mission is to provide professional training for aspiring young dancers and to increase educational and performance opportunities for dancers and a diverse audience. Through this mission we attempt to significantly advance ballet as an art form, enrich the cultural life of our community, and create a heightened sense of excitement and reward for those who join us.

We hope to expand the relevance of ballet in the area through professional presentation of works reflecting timeless emotions, as well as classical and historical significance. The company is dedicated to developing a new generation of dancers, as well as continuing to expand the horizons of current professional- level dancers and staff. Dancers are provided a forum to express their art in a classical style through ballet perfor-mances, which are highly regarded by generations of audiences. Our productions are held throughout the year and include professional, apprentice, and aspiring amateur dancers.
